Content License
This page sets out who owns what when you upload material to Curio and we render reels, stills and archive cards. It complements, but does not replace, our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
"Inputs" means everything you upload to Curio: photographs of collectibles, audio clips, prompts, refinement instructions, and metadata.
- You retain full ownership of your Inputs.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (only to our processors) licence to host, transcode, analyse and process your Inputs for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.
- This licence terminates when you delete the Input. We delete from primary systems on request and from backups within 30 days.
- We do not use your Inputs to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models. See Privacy Policy.
You must hold the rights you grant us. By uploading you confirm you own the physical item shown, or that you have the right-holder's authorisation. Stock photos, marketing photos, and items photographed by other collectors without permission are not yours to upload.
"Outputs" means the showcase reels, scene stills, archive cards, narration audio, lower-third captions and any derivative documents we render at your request.
- You receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use Outputs for personal, professional and commercial purposes — including social posts, marketplace listings, archive websites, gallery installations, museum loans and sale-attached marketing — subject to the limits below.
- You must continue to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy after you receive Outputs. Outputs that you later misuse (counterfeit display, fraudulent sale, fake authentication claim) are revoked, retroactively unlicensed and may be taken down.
- You may not resell or sub-license raw rendering capacity. You may use Outputs in works you sell (e.g. a printed collector's book), but you may not sell the bare reels as if they were a stand-alone marketplace product.
- We retain a limited, internal-only, non-public licence to retain Outputs for abuse review, safety enforcement, dispute evidence and legal compliance. We will not feature your Outputs in marketing without separate written permission.
Outputs are produced with the help of third-party AI rendering providers under contracts that prohibit them from using your Inputs or Outputs for model training. Some providers retain Inputs briefly for safety scanning before deletion; full retention windows are listed in our Privacy Policy.
The Curio name, marks, design system and software are owned by IMAGIN PRODUCTS LTD and are not licensed to you under this page. You may use the Curio watermark when present on free-tier exports; you may not use the brand otherwise without prior written permission.
- Your input licence to us ends when you delete the Input or your account.
- Our output licence to you ends if you materially breach our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Following termination, you must stop using Outputs and remove them from public posts where reasonably possible.
- Termination of either side does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive (e.g. confidentiality, indemnities, accrued payment obligations, dispute evidence retention).
If you believe an Output or Input on Curio infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a takedown notice to support@imaginproducts.com including:
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or account where the infringement occurs.
- Your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will act within one business day. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
