Terms of Service

Curio is a software-as-a-service tool that uses artificial intelligence to render presentation videos, scene stills and archive cards from photographs of physical collectibles you own.

Curio is not, and does not provide:

• An authentication, grading or condition-report service.
• An appraisal, valuation or estimation-of-value service.
• An insurance, escrow or custody service.
• A marketplace, broker or auction venue.
• A legal, financial or tax advisor.

Reels and archive cards are presentation outputs. They are not evidence of authenticity, condition, provenance, value or insurability.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You must not be located in a jurisdiction subject to UK / EU / US sanctions. You may not use the service on behalf of an organisation unless you have authority to bind it.

• Provide a valid email and a strong unique password.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify support@imaginproducts.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Material violations forfeit unused subscription credits.

You retain ownership of every photo and prompt you upload, and of every reel, still and archive card we render for you. By uploading you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transcode and present that content solely to deliver the service to you, plus the right to retain reasonable copies for security, abuse review and legal compliance for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload your content. See our Content License for the full reciprocal grant.

Paid plans renew automatically on the cadence shown at Checkout (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. We use Stripe as our payment processor; by purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.

• Subscription credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over.
• Top-up credit packs roll over indefinitely while your account is active.
• Credits are a service utility, not money. They cannot be sold, gifted, redeemed for cash, or used outside Curio.
• Statement descriptor: CURIO*IMAGINPRODUCT.
• Refunds, cooling-off rights and dispute paths are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Taxes (UK VAT, EU OSS, US sales tax where applicable) are calculated and collected at Checkout via Stripe Tax.
• Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. We may change prices on 30 days' notice for new billing cycles.

Your use of the service is bound by our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not generate content that mimics registered trademarks of third parties, present items you know to be counterfeit as authentic, or use reels in the conduct of a fraudulent sale.

AI renders are best-effort approximations. Outputs may contain artefacts, colour drift, geometric distortion, or other imperfections. Where the service produces results that are clearly defective due to our error, we will re-render at no credit cost; if you can demonstrate a systemic failure we will refund the associated credits per our Refund Policy.

You agree that AI outputs are not a substitute for professional authentication, appraisal, condition reporting or insurance documentation. See AI Disclaimer.

We may add, remove or modify features. We aim for high uptime but make no formal uptime guarantee on Display, Curator or unless an explicit Service Level is signed. Vault customers may receive a separate SLA on request. We will notify material feature removals at least 30 days before they take effect.

The Curio brand, software, design and documentation are owned by IMAGIN PRODUCTS LTD and licensed, not sold, to you for use within these terms. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, white-label or resell the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in that period and (b) USD 100. We are not liable for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, sale opportunities, buyer trust, expected appraisal value, or for indirect or consequential losses.

We are specifically not liable for losses arising from a buyer disputing a sale because of a Curio reel; the description and authenticity of any item you sell is solely your responsibility.

You will indemnify IMAGIN PRODUCTS LTD for any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of a third party's rights — including content uploaded without rights, counterfeit display claims, and fraudulent sale conduct using Curio outputs.

You may terminate at any time inside Account → Billing. We may terminate immediately for material breach (including violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or chargeback abuse) and for any reason on 30 days' notice. On termination we will honour requests to export your reels and archive cards for 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers in the EU and UK retain mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will notify material changes by email and on-site banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
